"The Wii Fitters" Report Here on Tuesday!
This week I used Wii Fit 4 days for 30 minutes of exercise and walked 2 days for at least 30 minutes. It takes me about an hour to do 30 minutes of exercise using the Wii Fit but it's a better overall workout than just walking. I'm improving my deep breathing, balance, posture and strengthening my muscles. I've always wanted to learn how to do yoga and so I practice it a few minutes when using a Wii. When Joe and Michelle move I might have to invest in my own Wii system. It still takes a lot of effort, persistence and determination for me to exercise but you are all motivating me to keep it up.
