Show Cancelled

The May 3rd show in Branson was cancelled so that all of Olive's children will be able to attend the 6:00 fireside on May 2nd in Samaria - Malad, Idaho and the dedication of the Olive May Davis Osmond Cabin and Museum the next morning at 11:00 AM. Mother Osmond is the most famous woman to be born in the area.

The Welch Days Festival will be going on with costumes, the high school band, choir, petting zoo, games, free sandwiches, etc. to the public. Sounds like a big party to me. Hope to see you there!

Mother Osmond is one of the most famous women born anywhere. I have never heard of any other woman that has accomplished what she has.

I was hoping the whole family could be there for this honoring a great woman. I met Mother Osmond quite a few times in Branson and she was so nice to talk with. One afternoon after the show we talked for over 2 hours about computers, how she wanted to have an Osmond Family website, etc. She was a smart lady that I'm glad I could say I met and talked with.

Wish I could be there, but unfortunately, I too live on the other side of the country. Enjoy this special tribute to Mother Osmond with the family. Please report back to us Kathy about this wonderful day.

I wish I could be there too but I live in the U.K. but so happy that Mother Osmond is being honoured in this way - what a wonderful tribute to a great lady! I had the priviledge of meeting Mother Osmond back in the U.K. in 1980, what a sweet, loving lady she was!

I am planning on being there, even though I live on the wrong side of the country also - Florida - ha! Mother Osmond meant a lot to me back in the day, when I was a teenager, and I really want to be there for this!

My husband and I will be at the fireside and the dedication. We live in Ogden, but decided to get a motel room for the night while in Malad. It is the only motel in the town...should be fun! LOL (I just finished reading all your hotel stories, and think I might bring a can of Lysol with me!)See you there!
