"The Wii Fitters"

This week I kept my goal and exercised at least 30 minutes a day 5 days this week. Today I did 60 minutes on the Wii Fit but I don't want to change my goal because I want to be able to reach it. I'm not ready for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week yet. Did you reach your exercise goals this week?

Last week I did pretty well, I went to the gym 3 times and exercised twice at home. Today I went out walking with my husband and our dog - even though it is freezing outside. Hopefully I can keep up with it, keep up the good work everyone!

fell short of exercising 5 times which is why went up 1/2 pound probably. today I did my walking and yesterday so of to a better start this week

Did fairly well with the exercises this week..still need to do more time on my bike..but otherwise..all goals met..and feeling good..

I want to get fitter and lose 1 stone...sorry 14lbs. Also get my BMI down.
If I could use it more often I am sure it would work even better. I have FMS and my muscles ache so bad the next day it can take me 3/4 days to get back to it....will keep trying.
Also I love the bowling.
