The Osmond's what?
Thought you might like to see the Riverside Hotel and Casino sign out in front. Do you like the apostrophe?
Don't you love this photo with all the Arizona and California girls?
This photo was taken from my seat in the audience. Not very good. Huh. It's the best I could do with my IPhone.
Jason, Jay's son, was selling the merchandise tonight. It's really, really good to see him! It's been two years since he just recently returned home from his mission. I know you can see why all the ladies were gathered around the merchandise table. He's such a happy, handsome young man!!!
Don't you love his Osmond smile?

Kathy you are a woman after my own heart. I hate grammar mistakes, and most especially on something as prominent as a public sign. Why doesn't someone correct it? I might even find myself headed to management to ask that it be corrected! Thanks for sharing the photos! Fun!
I can't get over how much Jason look like his father- talk about mirror images. I think lots of your nephews and nieces( even your own kids) look their dad or mom.
Like Racheal for instance- She defiantly look like a mirror image of young Marie.
I hope the show went well.
Now that's a first. Osmond's. I would think they would put it after the s not before. You know when I saw that picture of Jimmy, Wayne and Jay I thought oh Jay shaved his goatee. Then I looked again and I remembered seeing that on that show Jimmy had a few years on tv. Branson Jubilee I forgot what
Nice pictures of the ladies. I probably know all the ladies in that picture, but I can only see 3 people I know. Its a nice picture, Kathy.
I thought the brothers' picture in concert wasn't bad.
Aww!!! Jason is a good looking guy. It must run in the family. LOL He's a splitting image of Jay. I think Jay said on Twitter and Terri send out an email saying Jason was going to be in Laughlin helping out the merchandise.
No I don't like the apostrophe!
Have you read Lynne Truss' 'Eats Shoots and Leaves'?
Jason does have a fabulous Osmond smile, and you can't beat an Osmond smile to cheer you up!
Thanks for blogging Kathy, I look forward to reading it every day!
Nice photos. Glad Jason is having a great time. You are very gracious Kathy to all of the fans. That says so much about you.
That was funny with the Osmond's. Looks like what I would do when it's late at night and I'm typing and sleeping at the same time. Ha!
Nice to have jason back.it's amazing how much he looks like his dad
Ali, I haven't read Lynne Truss' "Eats Shoots and Leaves?" What's that about? If it's about grammar I should definitely read it!
Wayne's really a stickler on grammar and so was his mom. He's the one that noticed it on the sign last night when we were taking a walk. He corrects my grammar all the time. He's only read my blog a few times that I know of and he was suggesting changes to my grammatical errors. He should edit it for me but then again I might not be able to blog everything. Ha!
I need to take a class in grammar myself. I was always in the combination English - Literature class and the teachers always preferred the literature over grammar. That's a mistake.
They are going to add a flash to the Iphone, also a knife, fork and spoon. It will be sold as the new Swiss Army Iphone,.....HA!
I work in a library & I see mistakes all the time in the newspaper in news banners at the bottom of the TV screen, in books & drives me nuts. Where are the editors? That sign would have driven me crazy each time I saw it!
Years back when Merrill was at the Lodge of the Ozarks performing I notices the running banner was incorrect & told them & they changed it! I felt I had power! Ha!
Ali, thanks for reminding me of 'Eats shoots & leaves', I have it on my list of books to read.
Great picture of you and "the gang"! I know those ladies and I wish I could have been there. I have met so many friends from all over the world because of your family.
LOL! I love you for pointing out the apostrophe abuse on the sign!! Poor little guy... he gets misused so much.
Kathy,
I just finished a grammar class and thought it was fascinating. Our professor gave us this link: http://www.apostrophe.org.uk/ I think you'd enjoy it. There are lots of examples of apostrophe abuse.
You should've said which one do you want to stay? That would've shaken them up a bit! LOL!
Just came across this photo, Kathy, and I laughed out loud. Can I add it to my collection? I send my high school students out hunting for horrible punctuation as part of our grammar lessons, and apostrophes are the absolute worst problem. I must erase a dozen or more a week when I'm out doing errands! Thanks for the laugh!
