"The Wii Fitters" report here!

I reached my exercise goal this week. How did everyone else do? The weather is beautiful here in Branson. A little too hot to take a walk in the middle of the day but we did anyway and I got a little sunburned. Wayne and I found the guest laundry room here at the hotel tonight. We're having an exciting evening relaxing, washing clothes, Wayne playing Scrabble and me on my computer. This is great having access to a washing machine and dryer without having to go to the laundry mat in the mall like we usually do. It's also only $1.00 a load. Quite a deal. The only disadvantage is that we can only do one load of clothes at a time instead of several loads all at once and get it all done in just over an hour. We have to use our room key to get into the laundry room but there is a dead bolt on the door too, so it's really safe.

No activity. Just wiped out from things. But with the weight loss I had, I won't complain.

for the next few weeks my exercise won't be a problem. I am working for the census doing followup on the people who didn't respond and there is a lot of walking!!!!! as most of the houses I have to followup on are probably summer homes as they are way waaaaaay back in the woods here in Maine. This one place I had to go was at least a mile and a half in but I got a beutiful walk in the woods :))

Now that I can get in the pool, I'm going to join in here too. I exercised in the pool yesterday and today. I only did about 30 min. each day, but I did it. I'll have to build my endurance back up to the hour + I was doing last year. I'm going to plan on doing the exercises a minimum of 5 days a week...more if I can! That way I'll not only be fitter, but the pounds will hopefully start to melt off!

Kathy, your talking about doing the laundry takes me back to my college days and doing laundry there. I would wait until I had to do it, then somebody else had done the same thing and was already using all the washers! I got exercise taking my dirty clothes from floor to floor trying to find an empty washer! I'm too old to do that sort of thing now! ha Glad Wayne goes with you. Please stay safe.

Branson sounds a wonderful place Kathy. Its cold here still, wish it was warm! Im taking part in the Glasgow 10k run on Sunday 9th May (training is a challenge but hope Im ok)Im one of 12700 people! Its all part of my plan to also get fit this year. Im running for CMN and have raised £232 with Annie of Radio Brabant. Our target is £500. I love reading your blog and your weight loss and fitness efforts help me to continue.

That is nice having access to a laundry while on vacation, you can actually pack less. Have just been walking a lot but am starting to ride my bike this week. Am riding in the ADA ride athon to raise money for diabetes, will be thinking of Merrill out there - so I have to get in shape. It's my first one so I'm only doing the 10 mile ride.
