How is your exercise coming? Well, I gave up after Thursday and totally rebelled. I decided not to do a thing. Oh, Oh! Today I'm starting up again with the calorie counting and exercise. Better go do the Wii Fit before Wayne gets back from the show and wants to watch his favorite shows on TV.

I worked out this morning for 45 min, then I just got back from a 45 min walk. Still recovering from being sick over the weekend, so easing myself back into it!
I have done good today! One day at a time...right? I didn't sign up for Fall tennis because of the traveling I've got to do this month with work, but was called tonight to be a sub. It was the first tennis I've played in weeks and it felt good to be outside not burning up in the heat! My partner and I won both sets, so that made it even more fun! :)
I head back out of town tomorrow for the rest of the week, let's hope I can keep it up!
Don't give up Kathy! I am being extra good now, trying to get into shape ready for Vegas! :)

Havent been able to do any for a week.
Caught a horrible bug and have felt really bad...shaky and terrible headaches (great I am a migraine person).
I lost a pound or so with not eating properly, but hope to get back to the exercise by the end of the week....
I need to get back into the swing of things.....just no motivation to want to exercise...
I watched all of my favorite shows on DVR that I missed last week while in Branson - Paul is still at work (yeppers, he is still working overtime, but sigh, I do miss him).
Does helping mom make homemade apple slices count as exercise (well, I did have to peel the apples - LOL)...
I didn't do to bad this last week, walked alot!! Kathy, what would those TV shows be that Wayne likes so much?
Wayne's new favorite TV series is "House." He's always loved watching "Star Trek" or any Science Fiction. The History, Discovery and American Movie Classics are also his favorite TV channels.
Hi Kathy!
Vicki here! My hubby loves "House" too. I got him hooked on it. He loves to yell out comments during the show & laughs out loud at the sarcastic comments Hugh Laurie makes. He really is a good actor! Darren also watches the History & Discovery Channel a lot! By the time you & Wayne get home from the theater, it's pretty late isn't it? Do you just DVR the shows he likes so he can watch them whenever? Does it take a little while to wind down after the shows or are you both so tired you pass out? Just thought I'd say "hi" & comment. Take care. My hubby has surgery Monday. I just want him out of pain! I know that you know the feeling! Be well! Vicki
Used to be a big fan of "House" but hasn't he gotten a little tacky the last couple seasons? I don't know, the previews I saw for this season looked a bit sketchy!! Science Fiction stuff is fun, Star Trek is awesome!!!!! Discovery is a channel that has alot of Military stuff on it, we watch that and the Military channel alot here - with my son going into the Marines in March, we are hooked!!!
