"The Wii Fitters"

It's time to get back into the groove of exercising for me. Does anyone else need to get moving again? Is there anyone that completed their exercise goals through the holidays? Tomorrow I'm starting to exercise on the Wii doing Wii Fit. My goal is 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each session. Let's get going!

I agree Kathy. I got on my Wii this morning and according to the charts, at my weight I should be 7'9" tall! Ha
My goal is the same as yours, trying for 4 times a week. I will probably rotate between the Wii Fit and Just Dance2. I created a fitness routine on my Wii that is 26 minutes long but I always throw in one or two of the fun games with it as well. I really like the snowball fights and the marching band. I've gotten pretty good at the bird flying one too.

My goal for this area is to walk at least four times a week, for about 30 minutes. I also have some mild weight training that I want to do a minimum of 2 times a week, to start.

Starting tomorrow, my church will have aerobics for the women every Tuesday. I might start doing that and do a little walking. I don't know yet. It probably will be fun.

My goal for last year was to go to gym at least 4 times a week when I am home, and either go on the stength excercises or the dance ro do my personal exercices 1 hour each time. I often did my personal and the dance (something zumba like dannce). I have done very well many times I was 5 days in gym in a week. I have not lost that much 5-8 kg I think, but I have gained muscles, and I think I`ve gone down one size. This year I plan on running in stead of going ... I been running like 5 min. Have to see what my knees say to that. Stil 15 kilos extra...

I'll be back in joining the exercising. Paul and I decided to treat ourselves to a late Christmas present - we bought the Xbox360 / Kinect system. We decided to go with this one as you don't have to hold anything.

I'm excited to start using it - Paul has to hook it up.....

Hi,

I am meeting with a fitness trainer tomorrow morning. My intention is to go to the Gym 4 times a week. There is a walking group on Tuesdays at my church. I am excited to get going my goal is to lose 2 pounds a week.
