I am having Hailey withdrawals. I usually do pretty good with missing the grandchildren until I see their photos, talk to them on the phone or skype. Jake sends me messages on his ipod once in awhile and Maia emails me sometimes. All the grandchildren send thank-you notes, homemade birthday cards and drawings. I love to see their creative talents - It's always such a treat.
Vicki, I pray that you will be able to see and know your grandchildren. Since all your children are married, it could happen any time. Grandkids are the very best and you need to experience being a grandmother. You'll love it. I'll pray for you.
We love the sunny weather in Southern California, Vegas and probably in Florida too. Hope it warms up in Utah before we return. It was really cold with a snow storm on it's way before we left for CA.
Wayne has a lot of shirt but the shirt that Lori gave him with the guitars is one of his favorites. He couldn't find it in his closet before we left Utah and was so relieved when I told him I had put some of them in an extra bedroom to make a little more room in his closet.
I feel like it's Romper Room time....I see Arlene....and Becky......and Margie.....and Marie. Thanks for posting these photos, Kathy!!! Nice to see our friends enjoying their time with your family!!!

I told Chari about how beautiful Hailey is & how she looks like you & asked her when I could look forward to such a blessing! She knows how happy I am for you. She told me that in June they will have been married a year & so hopefully I will eventually get a grandchild! Music to my ears! I figured you'd be going through Hailey withdrawals! You are such a wonderful grandmother & I imagine Noah has really missed you & vice-versa!
The warmer weather is better for Wayne's health & yours, isn't it? My kids said Utah was calling for some more snow! You have had a nice warm cruise, California, Las Vegas & next week Tampa. Not too shabby weather wise, huh? But, does the traveling get to you? Then you have the wedding & reception when you get back! Do you ever get a break? Ha.

Kathy, I have not posted lately but wanted you to know I love all the pics. You have darling grandchildren. Hailey is so adorable. You will have another grandchild soon, right?

I wish I were more like Jerry. I do not think I have what it takes to act that way. I think at times I am too easy to get upset over small things.
I do know when I am around a person who is positive about things, it has a tendency to make me act the same. I worked with a woman who always appeared to be happy and never acted like she was down. I love being around people with that kind of attitude. From KY
