Betty, You and I have the same Mall shot looking towards Buck House! We probably passed each other and didn't know it. I was all over the place: Trafalgar The Mall, Horseguards. I ended up at Parliment Sq. The day was lovely, wasn't it? I loved her gown and Pippa was one hot looking bridesmaid! The crowd was marvelous well behaved well mannered. Nobody does pomp & pageantry like the Brits
How nice of Beth's brother to surprise her with a trip to see the wedding. I did not see the wedding until they showed it later. Kathy, guess where my daughter, Rhonda and I were? We were in Vegas. Rhonda's birthday was May 1. I bought her ticket for her birthday to see Donny and Marie and for a Meet and Greet. She has been an Osmond fan since her teen years. We had the best seats, Rhonda was close enough she could lay her arm on the stage. When Donny and Marie came out, we both got a slap on the hand. After the wonderful concert we went to another room for the meet and greet. Got to talk to them a few minutes and had 6 pics taken with them. Rhonda was on Cloud 9 the whole time. We left April 25 and got back home May 2. What a wonderful trip, plus 3 more of Rhonda's friends were there to help celebrate her birthday. Rhonda remembered it being Merrill's birthday on April 30, in fact she always remembers all the Osmond Brothers birthday. Happy Birthday to you Kathy, have a wonderful day. I heard about Marie getting married today, but I didn't want to post anything about it until I knew for sure it was true. Also, read she wore the same dress she wore the first time she got married. She looked so good in Vegas, she is so tiny, she told us she had on a dress she wore (forgot the year) but many years ago. Don't know if she was kidding or not. Oh, of course Donny looked great too. I am so happy for Marie, she deserves the best. God Bless her.
