Dr. Steve gave me my first root canal today and then he did another root canal on Wayne. We took up his whole afternoon. It was even a little fun having a root canal because he did it for me!

I had two root canals in my life. Ouch!!! I was suppose to get one two years ago, but they were soo expensive I told the doctor pull out that tooth. Thank goodness it was in the back.
Oh what fun! Lol. I bet you're glad it's over! I had my first and only root canal about ten years ago. It wasn't as bad as I thought, thank goodness. Rest up and you'll both be as good as new!
I have never heard of anyone being excited about having a root canal done, but since your own son did it, I'm sure it was special & painless! You have to be so proud of Steve! He is so good to you two! You have raised an amazing family! I'm happy that you & Wayne were able to get away, even if it was to Provo. Ha. As always, thanks for sharing your life with us Kathy! I am not only your friend & sister, but your biggest fan! I thank the Dear Lord daily for bringing you into my life. Today Darren said, "Tell Kathy that first & foremost she is not only a dear friend, but family. Like it or not, she cannot get rid of us, whether she wants to or not!" Ha. Ok, I don't quite know what to say to your thinking getting a root canal was fun. I mean if my son did one for me I would be embarrassed for him to see what a bay I can be. Nice bonding moment for you and Wayne. I take it Wayne did not go over to the UK with the guys?
Hey, that's funny because I've been needing a root canal for last 2 months. I can't find a dentist that I can afford. I take vicodin for the pain. It comes and goes. I'm saving up until I have enough money.
Ha - If I came to see Dr Steve it wouldn't be for a root canal - it would be for at least 5 underground extractions!! You can tell a root canal doesn't even enter my thoughts - Ibuprofen and amoxicillin take away the annoying pain and manage the sensitivity instead of the wallet and drill pain!! Yep - I take it UK wasn't in the picture yet too. Oh well, in this case I am sure family time was much more fun! Stay safe and rested - work can always come later and thanks for keeping in touch! We Love You all!!

Ouch Kathy. I have only had one root canal. Hope you are both pain free now. Will miss you both on tour.
Sure wish I had a dentist in the family. I have never heard of a fun root canal before. Yours is a first, Kathy. :)
