Congratulations to Marja for finishing her reading of The Book of Mormon. She shared with Wayne and me how much she enjoyed reading The Book of Mormon and that she is going to start reading it again. We'd love to hear from anyone else that would like to share their thoughts, feelings and insights.
The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ along with the New Testament in the Bible. They go hand in hand together to testify that Jesus Christ is our Savior, Lord and King. Through reading the scriptures daily I am able to understand eternal precepts, strengthen my testimony of Jesus Christ, His gospel and try to apply them in my life. Learning, growing and becoming like the Savior is a process that I am going to continue to pursue the rest of my life. Even after all I can do, I know that it is only through the atonement of Jesus Christ that I can be saved and be able to live with Him again.
Thank you for your encouragement, contributions and insights that have helped me to realize even more how important it is that I continue to search the scriptures and ponder them for the rest of my life. It's been an enjoyable journey the past two and a half years reading the Bible and Book of Mormon with you all. I hope that you enjoyed the journey too!

Hi Kathy.....I finished reading the Book of Mormon a while back and started in on the D&C. I think I may have missed 1 day maybe 2 since January....but that was it. I was quite proud of myself for that accomplishment. I wish I would have participated more with my thoughts of reading....
But what I did was when I found a scripture that struck me for whatever reason, I kept an online journal. I would copy and paste the scripture and make a notation why this jumped out to me.
Thanks for having us do this with you....it was awesome!!! hugs Laura
Thank you both for your support & advice. The 2 books D&C and Pearl of Great Price will be delivered to me soon, I was able to find them in Dutch!
How good of Laura to read them all too!
XXX marja
I try to read a little each day, even if it is only one verse!
